WEBINAR
IN collaboration WITH
SARS Zeroes in on Advisors
are you prepared?
“Pay now – argue later” – don’t find yourself in this tax danger zone!
SARS tax judgements and certified statements are among the toughest measures used by SARS to enforce tax compliance, resulting in severe consequences like wage garnishments, asset seizures, and major damage to credit ratings.
Dealing with a SARS tax judgement means facing the tough “pay now, argue later” principle, which is difficult when cash flow is tight. The situation is further complicated by an increasing trend of unexpected tax liabilities from AI-generated assessments that taxpayers often aren’t aware of.
Join CPD Consortium for a webinar led by André Daniels, Head of Tax Controversy & Dispute Resolution and Colleen Kaufmann, Admitted Tax Attorney from Tax Consulting South Africa. Discover how SARS uses these legal instruments to enforce tax debt collection and learn the steps you need to take when faced with a tax judgement for either yourself or your clients.
